Is anyone taking any vitamens??? I was looking into taking the one a day for women but wasnt sure. I occassionally take vit C and E but really want to get back on the vitamens. Growing up I was eating alot healthier than I am now, Grandparents were semi vegans, and I took Vitamens all the time. Now that Im eating better and exercising I still feel like I need something for this old body of mine. Thanks Maine

With the SBdiet, you will want to take vitamins. I have found that some of the one a day vitamins really upset my stomach. And I caught myself trying to eat something to ease the pain. When I visited my primary care doc, he told me to take children's chewables with iron complete. Your body discards any vitamins you don't need and some people will take much more than they need. You will need a good source of iron, but also has magnesium and vitamin D. So that your bones get the iron and the magnesium and vitamin D help your body to absorb the iron. I have also read that drinking coffee can keep your body from absorbing iron. I am iron deficient and love coffee.
I also take Omega 369, as I don't care for fish. And I will cook flaxseed and take a flaxseed supplement.

I take a prenatal. Your doctor can prescribe them, even if you are not trying for a baby. They are awesome and my skin, hair and nails look fabulous! I just have to take them at night so I don't get nauseas.
