'missabee' I'm also from Canada, Toronto area , hubby and I started SB Phase 1 on Aug 31, happy with 6.2 pounds lost for me after 1 week and 9.9 pounds for hubby after 1 week. We started this after my oldest sister had very good luck with it earlier this year, she lost 22 pounds over 3 months, I asked around and a friend and her husband had tried it and also really liked it. I'm feeling great already! Nice to see another Canuck on here..
