3 hr diet, what a joke, I borrowed the book from the library just by curiosity. It reads like an infomercial boring and unfounded, it criticizes all other diets in particular low carb and it considers SB a low carb diet, he’s got everything wrong!
The idea of eating every 3 hours is good, actually it is pretty much what we do in SB with the meals and snacks but in one example he suggests a pack of 100 cal oreos as a snack! That made me realize that SB is sound, good choices are the most important thing, it makes me feel much better to eat a fruit and some protein for snack than a bag of cookies (ex-cookie monster talking here).
