Today is my first day on the South Beach diet. So far, it's been good. I for breakfast ate 2 scrambled eggs and 2 turkey sausage links. I am at work, so I've drank 3 20oz bottles of water. Been in the restroom allday
For lunch, I ate 3 chicken kabobs and some green beans. I haven't had any snacks, but it's because, I haven't went to the grocery store. I will go purchase today, some, sugar free gelatin snacks, some good lettuce (not iceburg), some fat free or <3g of sugar, salad dressing, some eggs and some string cheese. I shall see. I will check these posts through out the day at work to see everyone elses's success or suggestions.
