Freelyhovering, watch out for ANY pre-made snack bars and all other"foods" like them. They are typically made of processed ingredients, such that YOUR system does very little work to digest them, and that is NOT a good thing. Best to stick to WHOLE foods, e.g., WHOLE oats, WHOLE wheat, etc. READ labels. If the ingredient list is long and/or unpronouncable, you probably don't want the "food".
