Miss the other few posters... Here is my plan for today. Am going out for a business dinner so have pre requested my meal from various choices. The salad sounded the most sb friendly and the least carb tempting (potatoes on the other dishes)
I was going to post my food plan for the day but it is the same almost every day. Wondering if the others who started have stopped.
i think you really have to be determined to make this work. And the bottom line with weight and eating is different for everyone. I have hit rock bottom. I am 75 pounds overweight. Since I am tall, I can carry some extra weight but this is frightening. Even a few pounds off and I feel more alive, have more energy and like putting on clothes.
I did go to an outlet and bought some new clothes. Tops, sweater ect can be worn even while loosing weight. And I do not mind buying a pair of new smaller pants once in a while.
