Lost four pounds - this week!

Postby logmyloss.com » Sun Oct 12, 2008 12:34 pm

I am almost giddy over this! I weigh and measure every Sunday and usually sneak a peak at the scale during the week. This week I looked at the scale mid-week and noticed a significant drop, so I looked again the next day and it was consistent with that. When I weighed this morning I had lost four pounds this week. Furthermore, the measuring tape agree with this, see my blog for more on that. While this has been a little different week for me, nothing has occurred that should have had this effect. I have exercized less, but have also eaten less, especially at breakfast. I am not going to question it any further, I am just tickled, as I am sure you can tell.

Awesome! I am still fighting with my TOM, so loss has stalled. But, at least I haven't gained any! That, in itself is a victory for me!

Thanks everyone. I have been on top of the world today. I hope I have another good week like that, but I suspect it will be a pound or two like normal.

That is soo great! Now you got me hyped up! I can't wait to get started again. I'm just starting tomorrow. I was on it two years ago and lost 15 lbs in two weeks, so I know how it feels and can't wait to get back there again. What phase are you in?

Thanks JohnC and Tiger-Lilly. I was hoping for another repeat week, but I have bronchitis now, so I am not getting any exercise in at all. Tiger-Lilly, I am in phase two right now.
