I am almost giddy over this! I weigh and measure every Sunday and usually sneak a peak at the scale during the week. This week I looked at the scale mid-week and noticed a significant drop, so I looked again the next day and it was consistent with that. When I weighed this morning I had lost four pounds this week. for more on that. While this has been a little different week for me, nothing has occurred that should have had this effect. I have exercized less, but have also eaten less, especially at breakfast. I am not going to question it any further, I am just tickled, as I am sure you can tell.
