Hey everyone, my name is Shawnna. I am currently 18 years old and attending a University as a freshman. I decided to start the SBD because over the past 2 years I have gained 20 pounds from lack of exercise and a lack of a healthy diet. i have suffered from eating disorders and negative body image before and I have decided that not eating is NOT the way to go. I am 5'7" and on any given day my weight is at 145 pounds. I started the SBD on 9/7/08 and am on Day 4 of Phase 1 and on day one weighed in at 143 pounds. I have been really good so far and this morning my weight was 134 pounds, now I will say that some of this is water weight because before I was lucky if I even had a sip of water in one day, however I think that I have lost some fat. My goal is to be fit and healthy, I don't mind if I stay the same weight but I would like to have a flat tummy, toned arms, and strong legs. My ultimate goal? Fit into my size 5 jeans again, I am currently at the upper end of size 9.
