this might be contributing to your feelings of frustration. I hope you do find some way to help you feel more relaxed as many posters suggested.
And I also notice that you seem low on vegies as others have pointed out. What does your trainer say about how you are doing? It does seem like your body needs recovery time between workouts and in general after so much weight loss.

YOURS - not your child, not your husband - you go first, otherwise you will not be around to be with/take care of them
