I am surprisingly not ashamed or embarrassed by these pics, and I should be, but it is what it is.
And it is the beginning yet again.
I am 5 feet tall, 38 years old and in the worse shape and size of my life.
At my highest weight, I was 355.
I have no excuses.

You've got a figure like mine - although my butt and hips are bigger...
Similar weight too - I started at 315.
We can do this!

315/307/279
(start: 22st 7lbs/current: 21st 13lbs/mini goal: 19st 13lbs)

oh rainbow, you will be my new best friend then!!!
I don't find many people who are similar in size to me, so having a buddy who is in the same size boat as me is good for me to hear!
This guy, is a professional football player, for the BC Lions here in Vancouver, my city, and he is over 6 feet tall, and weighs 326 lbs..... I AM BIGGER THAN HIM!!!!
He is my first challenge, to weigh less than him!

Hi Chai and Rainbow! It is so good to see people on the boards that need to lose as much as I do. Hopefully, we can all be successful together. I jsut started SB yesterday/today. I'm not sure I've eaten totally correct on either day, but none the less, I push on. And Chai, I feel you on the football player. I LOVE sports, so everytime I see an athlete that weighs less than I do, I cringe. Like you, I'm short. So that just makes it worse.
Anyway, we are going to do this!! Together!!
Can't wait to hear about your results!

Thanks kitty for the reply.
Find an athlete and post his pic so we can all see who you are going to conquer!!!
Do you have a journal started?

Hi Chai. No, I dont have a journal posted. Should I? Do you find that it helps? I mean, I know me. I'm horrible at just answering emails, much less going to a message board everyday and journaling.
