I have a question about yogurt, though. From list of acceptable foods above, it says that Fat-free plain yogurt is OK. In the guide it says, "When selecting dairy products, look for non-fat or low-fat varieties of milk or plain yogurt or yogurt sweetened with aspartame
." So does that mean that fat-free vanilla yogurt is OK? There are ways to dress up the plain yogurt, but the vanilla is much tastier.
