I am starting over... here is a photo from my cruise that i say broke my will... went on a cruise and have never gotten back on track

I have gained a few pounds but wasnt where I wanted to be so it is time to start over...

Mindy that cruise picture is awsome!
I went on a cruise in mid November 07 and I totally never got back on the diet when I came home so I am also starting over!
I started P1 on Monday and now I am at day 4 and it is going good.

I found this post that I put on last year... And sad to say I never did get back on track but I am trying again... I thought if I posted this and had to look at where I was it would be motivation to get my butt in gear. I am at 173 this morning...

I have some newer picts but I dont remember how to post them...
