I am planning to start this diet....I have had several friends have great success with the SBD so I too am going to try it....I haven't officially started....I ordered the books off of e-bay and am waiting on them but found this great website and am having fun learning from here....wish me luck...I have tried other diets and had no success (biggest loser club, weight watchers)....so I think this template will work wonders for me....
I will be able to plan my meals ahead of time and go to the grocery store....very tight budget!!!

Today is my first day on the South Beach diet. So far, it's been good. I for breakfast ate 2 scrambled eggs and 2 turkey sausage links. I am at work, so I've drank 3 20oz bottles of water. Been in the restroom allday  For lunch, I ate 3 chicken kabobs and some green beans. I haven't had any snacks, but it's because, I haven't went to the grocery store. I will go purchase today, some, sugar free gelatin snacks, some good lettuce (not iceburg), some fat free or <3g of sugar, salad dressing, some eggs and some string cheese. I shall see. I will check these posts through out the day at work to see everyone elses's success or suggestions.

Please comment or share your story.

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone please email me the meal template? I emailed lyquidphyre but did not get a response.

Thank you all in advance :)

I removed your email address for your own safety. This is a very publicly accessible forum and is trolled by all sorts of bots and webcrawlers and it's just not a very good idea to leave any personal info in posts like that as you truly have no idea where that info will end up and who will have it and what they will use it for.

If you want someone to email you, invite them to PM you here and you can send it back in a PM and keep it more private that way.

Finally, there is no need to have it emailed to you at all. Just go to the template on the first page of this topic, right click on the image and choose the option to save it to your disk drive on your computer. Open it up from there and print it and use it. Although you don't see the full image here, when I do that I see all seven days and the full image.

P.S. If you click on a person's user name, you can see the date of their last visit. liquidphyre hasn't visited here since Feb. of 2007 and the email in that first post may no longer be active.

Thank you RedRox and I apologize. However, I have tried right clicking on the pic but it does not give me the option to save it. This is why I asked if someone can please email it to me.

might be a firewall issue. You could try turning off your firewall and see if you can download it and then reenable your firewall or security software. Responded to your PM! ;)

Thanks
