After 4 months! Before/ In progress

Hi guys,

I've been debating whether or not to post my pictures on here. I guess I'm a bit shy that way, but here's another testimony that SBD works! My before picture was taken last Christmas. The afters I took over the weekend. So here goes nothing.....

Thanks guys! I have to admit I had my ups and downs but SBD is the only thing that works so far for me... I have days where I slip but I always manage to get myself up again. :D I also have this forum to thank for.. probably couldn't do it without a support group. :D

Thanks guys! I haven't been good for the past two weeks, I need to look at my old pictures and remind myself that I don't want to be unhealthy like that again. Your kind compliments really motivate me to be more disciplined. :D
