both of you may want to review the new sticky at the top about removing extra text with ticker factory tickers! ;) 8)

Because there is a new limit on tickers that are taller than 60 pixels. (e.g. the height of my avatar photo) so even if you do everything right, it the image is too tall it will be rejected. I think that is the issue most are running into these days.

Trouble with Ticker

I have been trouble getting my ticker on. I have now been able to get the link on, but not the actual ticker. I have to open the link in order to see the ticker. HELP PLEASE :(

You only have the URL itself. You need the full BBCode syntax which that site should provide to you. But if you have picked a ruler that is too tall )larger than 60 pixels, you may be getting that error from our board software that it cannot load the image because it exceeds that 60 pixel height limitation. So try a thinner ruler and/or unchecking the option to include the text along with it. (I think there is something there you can opt in or out on the text portion?)
