Since i was so close to loosing 20lbs i weighed myself this am, and am up to 241.5 :( I do know that i have been under a loooot of stress and have tried a few things that i shouldn't eat, and with the heat. I think it is all water weight, so have cut back a bit on grains, had tuna lettuce wraps and chili for lunch. I have also been really tired/fatigued this week,

Have been trying to eat a lot better, but weight still up. I have been soo tired this week, and plain not motivated. Worked in the storage room at work all day today, so was busy moving things around and boxing up things, so not a lot of time for snacking. I know that plateus will happen, but didn't think i would hit one this soon. I just always feel like when i start doing well then something happens that will discourage me, but i'm not going to let that change my eating. I will keep better track of my food tomorrow, although with working in the storage today i drank like 3 bottles water during the day (not including what i drink at home)

This am my weight is down,240.5, had gone up to 242. we did go for a walk last night loosed up my back but is still really hurting and it will only get worse while at work. Thank GOD for pain killers, they don't take the pain away, but make me so i just don't care about the pain, and keeps me calm on a very crazy day.

getting really excited my mom and gramma will be coming up to see us this weekend, they live about 2-3 hrs away. I haven't seen my gramma since may i think, and my mom since june. we really don't do much when they are here, gramma can't get around much and not much to do in my town. think i will have them help me with my christmas project. making fabric book covers. Good use of excess fabric and something you can just buy fabric remnants for.

Today i am down to 239, only .5 to go till i reach the 20lb loss mark. I have been waiting for it cause then i get a mani/pedi/wax... can't wait and my eye brows really need it. my mom and gramma are comin in today so that will be exciting. instead of the gym, took the dog for a walk, she is so good for me on walks, but then again i don't pay attention to her and just keep walking.

Mom and gramma's visit went ok, Did buy the stride and tone shoes, they are great, they don't look like the sketchers ones, so people don't know. Weight went up 2 lbs, i do know that i overdid it on bread, and did eat too much lunch on sunday, but it was soo good, and i knew before i ate the second half of the sandwich that i shouldn't but i did anyway. Monday walked the dog, and yesterday went to the gym, and got set up with my trainer again. have been better about eating cince monday.

I know that I should be posting more, but my days all seem to be repeats of each other. get up, work, home, bed. my days are getting very redundant, boring and predictible. I am doing good with my eating, gone a lil off track here and there, but when you have to wait 40min at a restaurant for your food, the small peice of french bread is screaming your name, and you stomach is screaming for the bread, and i don't feel gulty.
I am trying to get my buisiness going, just have to learn how to meet people and learn that people are not mean, they just have a lot of things on their mind. I am getting better at just smiling and saying hi.

My weight is back to 238.5. I will be keeping a better eye on my eating and exercise this weekend. I DO NOT want to go back to 240 EVER AGAIN. So i will be posting more to hold my self accountable.

I was thinking about my goals and dreams the other day and i have been watching the show to fat for 15. and I was thinking that would be a good thing to have in the seattle area, but to also open it up to adults and not just kids.

Hi Hunnybear, I just read through your journal and wanted to say you are doing great!! Good job. You sound very focussed and motivated. I know how hard it is. This is my second time on SB and the first time I only lasted about 4 months, then it went out the window. I felt great on it and lost 15 + pounds and felt great, but for whatever reason I just let it go.

This time around it's been over a year and although I didn't reach my goal of goal weight in a year (28 pounds), I did really well and only have 7 pounds to lose. I hope you and your hubby stick to this together because it's always good to have that support at home. Also this board has been my lifeline and I have made many friends for support here. Feel free to visit my journal (Beaching It) anytime and I will check in on you too.

Good luck on your SB Journey.

Lisa

I (and a few others here) am a HUGE Zumba fan and do Zumba 3-4 times a week. Depending on the instructor, it's a different work out every time, and so much fun. You get a great cardio sweat without even feeling like you're working out. So much fun and has completely changed my body shape. Highly recommend giving it a chance but 3-4 classes at least before you decide if it's for your or not.
