I am determined to journal again.

I went through allergy testing 10 days ago and I finally feel a little more normal, well, whatever normal is. I do not have all the results yet, but with my daughters help, I am finding my way. I believe I have posted previously that she has extreme food allergies.

I got back on my treadmill yesterday. Took it a little slower, not as much of an incline, but still managed 3 miles.

141 elevation gained
289 calories burned.

Have a blessed Memorial Day.
Please include honoring our Veterans this weekend as we remember all who have passed ...

Yesterdays treadmill:

Elevation gained: 112 feet
1.5 miles
152 calories

Only did half my time. I'm getting ready for a week of camping and my brain is going into get ready mode.

Today's treadmill

Elevation gained: 199
3 miles
300 calories used up

I continue to follow the Beach, but also making choices for the allergy issue. Not saying I'm not cheating, but I'm trying to keep it to a minimum.

My job is a pain, but who's isn't?

If anyone is in within driving distance of Oceana County Michigan, the National Asparagus Festival is coming up. It's the second weekend in June in Hart, MI. The best asparagus in the world.
