I'll try do better and visit your journal soon. Sorry to hear you joined me in the weight gain club. I enjoyed my holiday season, and honestly, I don't regret it. I'll get back on the wagon and get the extra pounds off!

D - Chicken taco soup (made with pork chops instead of chicken), more cheese, and low-fat sour cream, milk
S - nuts, string cheese, green tea
D - ummmm... more chili, cheese, milk

Exercise - nope!
Chili is my life-saver in P1. I load it up with onion, tomato, and green peppers and then put black and kidney beans in it, and dump in a jar of salsa for good measure! And yes, I'm eating too much cheese. It could be worse!
