First an update from yesterday. Spent the day looking for a suitable suitcase (doubly funny, since we need it for a suit) to carry-on. Drove all over town, and called various out-of-town stores. If I drove 60+ miles, I could buy one for $400.
Went to another nearby town after the husband got home from work too, and no luck. I did figure out a solution (I think) with our current garment bag and those aluminum hiker clip thingies to make it carry on size.
Food was good. I don't think I ate enough or often enough due to my hectic day. So, by 6:00 I had a raging headache, and it didn't go away for hours. Husband got the kids to bed and I was in bed before 9:30. No gym again, and tomorrow we fly fly away for the weekend.
Okay, pictures of the garden. The june bearing is the top tier of the strawberry patch. They've sent out beautiful runners already. Everbearing are still producing a little.
The garden. The far left has cattle panels with concord grapes growing on them. 25 tomato plants which are starting to look rough, 8 jalapeno peppers, 2 cucumbers which were vining everywehre (finally dying!!!), two watermelons, and a few carrots.
Ripening concorde grapes! We only have 2 bunches this year, as the vines are just a few years old so far.
To be continued, as I can only add 3 attachments per post I guess...
Eating beachy since February 2010.
