Food yesterday, back on track! - A little high on nuts, but that's because I didn't plan ahead for cashew chicken.

l - big salad topped with ground beef, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, a little cheese, and ranch, glass of milk
s1 - another cup of coffee (decaf) with square of dark chocolate
s2 - 1 oz. cashews, banana, laughing cow with 4 triscuits
d - cashew chicken with water chestnuts, milk
e - 3.15 miles on the elliptical
w - good
Scale had a broken blip this morning. I may need to replace the batteries, since it weighed me 20 lb. less than I am.
