I have been doing very well on the beach! I have been eating tons of veges, multigrain, high fibre cereal for breakfast and nutritional snacks..............go me!! I still haven't been exercising like I should be but we can't all be perfect... My back is starting to feel a bit better these days! I went a week and a half between chiro appts and 2 weeks ago I went twice in the same week. It is good to finally see some progress in that area. I am really trying to stretch out my back a lot and get my ab workout in every couple days to strengthen and I guess it must be working! Either way, I'm thrilled!
My kids are just coming to the end of another viral infection that has lasted a week and a half now.........no vomiting but fevers, diarhea and whininess. It better be over this time! Kids are doing much better though, so I need to take what I can get!
Seeing the 130s this past week has sure encouraged and motivated me to get these last 9 pounds off!! I just looked at a calendar and it is 7 weeks until I go back to work and I have 9 lbs to lose!! That is so doable!! I have a lot to get done in that time getting ready for school, getting those odds and ends done at home that I thought would be done by now

, and I just recently decided to redo my office/craft room because it drives me crazy!! I am someone that needs organization to work effectively and that word does not describe my office!

I need to do some redecorating and reorganizing to make it more of a functional space but also to make it a pleasant place for me to be!! I have just started on Friday and it should be fun!!
I just read in someone else's journal that they have difficulty staying on the beach when they stay home...............that's funny because I have difficulty when I leave the house! I can control what food choices I have at home moreso than another person's home or eating out. I guess it's all in the way you look at it!
