Ok. Today I start my journal. I'm on D2 of P2. I lost 7.4lbs in P1, but have gained a pound back since P2. I know this is normal, but hopefully I'll see the scale tipping in the other direction again soon. So todays food log...

B: Steel ground oats (1/4 uncooked, didn't measure again once I cooked it), Low-Sodium V8
S: Decaf Coffee/LF milk & Splenda
L: Salad with left off steak - mostly lettuce w/mushrooms & tomoatoes, few bites of steak
S: Decaf Coffee/LF milk & Splenda - 4pm
S: Cheese Stick - 5pm
S: BBBrownie - 7pm
D: Rotisserie chicken, Bowl of Roasted Zucchinis and Summer squash

Also ran/walked this morning 2.3miles.

So I was wrong in my first post, I was on D3 of P2. Here is the foodlog for D4.

B: V8 – 8:30am
Decaf Coffee – 9:00am
L: Chefs Salad & 1 hard boiled egg (Oil & Vinegar) w/Water – 1:00pm
Forgot my morning snack and was out of the office all morning – was ready to rip someone’s head off by the time I got my lunch, but I didn’t cheat on the candy the office I was visiting had sitting on the table!
S: Grapes – 5:00pm
S: BBBrownie & Red Wine (1 glass) – 6:00pm
D: Asian style Chicken packets w/Veggies & a tossed salad & a 2nd glass of wine. – 8:00pm
I know I should have had the first glass of wine with more food, but I’m proud of myself to have the self control not to have more than 2 glasses of wine!
S: Ricotta w/Vanilla. – 8:30pm

Back to my P1 ending weight...planning to run again tomorrow.

Oh and my DH called me "Miss Skinny" tonight...I've only lost 7.4lbs, but he says he can see it in my face. Bless him!!

B: Broiled tomato, Sauted mushrooms, Egg, taste of Sausage, FF milk - 11am
D: SB Meatloaf, Sauted Zucchini & Yellow squash, water - 7pm
Ate this while my DH ate baked chicken wings w/Ranch. I didn't even want one :D
S: BBB - 7:45pm

B: Egg beater omlette w/yellow pepper, Onion & ½ a laughing cow Garlic V& Herb LF cheese wedge
1 piece WW bread w/peanut butter & herb tea
L: Meatloaf, sautéed veggies
S: Grapes
S: Glass of FF Milk
D: Out to dinner with friends tonight. A little nervous because it's a local sushi place that is having an anniversary dinner buffet and I'm not sure what non-rice options they are going to have. I love sushi, but aside from the wine the other night I've been so good. Not sure how the white rice will affect me. I'm going to load up on salad and soup and hope they have a sashimi option! Fingers crossed it'll go well.

Dinner was delicious! Had some sushi, but more than balanced it with Salad and Veggies. Totally worth it :!:

Thanks Sharley! I am glad I found this board or I may have given up in frustration. Knowing the stalls are normal makes it easier to deal with. It also helps when you get a compliment from someone at work. Even if I don't see a difference someone did...that's cool. :)

So, I'm going to go to the market and make sure, but I believe that the No Sugar Added fudgecicles are only 40 calories and the Sugar free are around 70 calories. You can start there and drop the peanutbutter and see if the scale moves again. Just a thought. :D :wink:

Thanks! I'm already on the No sugar added 40 calorie fudgesicles, but I had 2 so that's 80 + the 2tbs of peanut butter (no sugar added) at 200calories. You are sooo right! 280 calories for dessert is a little excessive huh? Especially when I'm sure I'd curb the sweet tooth with sugar free jello or the yummy ricotta options.

I'm travelling for work tomorrow and Friday so that brings a whole new set of challenges, but I will keep this in mind for when I get back.

B: V8 & Steal cut oats
S: String cheese (on the plane when they tried to tempt me with yummy biscoff cookies & twix bars - that's what I would have had before)
L: Grilled Chicken Salad with Sesame Dressing - Dressing was on the side, but I ended up using all of it. Probably full of sugar, but overall better than getting a gyro or something else the restaurant had to offer.
S: BBB & bite size tuna sandwich on Rye
D: Grilled Salmon, Snow peas & Salad + 2glasses of Red Wine.

Overall not a bad day for not being home!!

Today it's almost noon and I haven't eaten anything yet since I slept in and then went to the gym. 3.37miles on the treadmill in 40minutes. I'm ok with that, but now I'm STARVING!! String Cheese and decaf coffee to tide me over till lunch.

D: Grilled Chicken Salad w/Buffalo sauce & Citrus italian dressing on the side
My co-worker had ice cream for dessert, but none for me :lol:
