Hi Beth,

I replied to your post in my jrnl but just to say, you are doing great. So much physical activity is always good to keep or lose wt. Just remember to drink a lot of water in the heat.

It's awesome about the HUM-V flip, I hope though it's not a dangerous exercise, watch your head and neck! :-) Life is hard without them!

I am doing really well now that I can swim, plus dreadmill, plus trainer twice a week plus watching SB, as of this morning, I am down to 163, I will see if it stays there for a few days before I lower my goal to 159 (just to get out of the 160's). I don't want to be ungrateful, so I will just be HAPPY w the 163 at this point, I really am, it's on the way DOWN!

Take care of yourself there!!!!!

Thought I'd pop in to say hello real quick. I don't have a lot of time to browse, but things are going well. Nothing like a 17 day stop at home before I head over to Kuwait!

My diet as been HORRIBLE since I've been home. I don't know if I'm eating a lot of calories, but I'm kinda pigging out on bad foods. In a way, I want to enjoy it, since I know I won't be getting any good stuff while overseas.

I haven't really been exercising at all. We went on a camping trip for 3 days earlier this week, so that put a kink in things. I plan to make it through the weekend and start eating better before heading back to Ft. Bliss next weekend.

Also, I am going to go jogging and do some type of exercising EVERY day that I can between now and then. If anything, I need to keep up my physical fitness. (oh, and maybe alleviate the bad foods...just a little bit?)

Hope all's well with everyone that's on the Beach. I plan to be back the best I can starting next week. I'm sure it'll be slightly modified, but cutting out all the chips, ice cream and other junk foods is a good start before heading back to the Army DFAC way of eating! ;-)

Love you all!
