Good Morning Everyone!
Okay, so I've started off on the right foot today. And, I AM GOING TO CONTINUE SO.

As soon as I post, I'm off to write my grocery list and head to the store. I'm hoping that once I get home and get DS fed lunch and into bed for his afternoon nap, I can get some type of exercise in. I don't know if I'll mount the E-Beast or do one of my at home routines. Either way, I want to get some type of movement in today.
Lisa - thanks for stopping in. And, I know we're only human, I just get frustrated with myself when I make that many bad mistakes in one day! Maybe somewhere in my head, I needed it. Who knows, there are a lot of changes happening in my Life and very quickly. I guess I'm coping with it that way. (I guess it could be worse than pigging out on Taco Bell and some candies!) But, Today IS Good!
Wanda - I'm being kind of lazy on my morning workouts, but at least I got two in this week. Yours are much more intense than mine were this week. I'm hoping to get my butt back in gear and head over the gym again for a couple of days next week. I really miss my weights! Here's to all us sexy ladies!
