Finished training course. Enjoyed it and learned a lot. It was nice to be out of the office 3 days doing something else. Got to my BodyJam class and thought about food the entire time I was working out!!! Still good though. I hopped on the scale this morning (couldn't help myself) and it shows at least a 3 1b drop already!! I won't count officially until Tuesday.
Went to a new restaurant tonight (lebanese) and had a fatoushe salad. It was yummy!!
b: 1 egg/eggwhite omelette, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, lean ham, lf cheese;
L: spinach salad with lf cheese, lean ham, oil&vinegar dressing
S: celery with cream cheese, 15 almonds, light cheesestring
D: fatoushe salad with chicken
S: BBB with lf cool whip;
Exercise: 20 minutes weights/abs, 60 minute BodyJam
Water... not enough today,.will make up for it now.
