Hi! I was just stopping in to thank you for writing in my journal awhile back. I had a really hard winter and you said some kind words and I never got to say thanks. I am trying to get back into this, again   , and I have been reading your journal. When you said that you were looking back at pictures and seeing how much people have lost when we first started, I could totally relate! I have been feeling the same way. I could be at my goal already if I was good when I first joined but for some reason I am not. I also get sick of saying today is the day because I don't even believe myself anymore. I decided to give myself some slack and do my best and to not let a cheat blow the rest of the day or week or month away. There are only about 14 weeks until summer so we have to REALLY start now so we can look back and be thankful that we made good choices. We can do it this time! Have a great day!
Maureen :)

:P Wanda are you wishing away my ten kilos - love you much ifyou are - hope it is working!! He he, still 900 grammes to go til i get to that pesky second mini goal!!!
happymo4 - i KNOW exactly how you feel about saying you do not believe yourself anymore. As long as we keep saying it though we are AWARE and maybe our brains will be tricked. I think we should start with a positive affirmation every day now - to say we are happy, (which we are!), healthy (which we are) and fit (which we will be !! ) but talk in the present - our brains will start to believe us. We are trying and we are not perfect but we are all still here!! keep it up and do not beat yourself up, we are humans and busy mums - which sometimes makes us not feel so human sometimes

Weigh Day and  , stayed the same. So total loss 9.1 kgs. I really really need some motivation (in the form of weight loss!) maybe my adherence to the programme will be reflected next week???? let us hope. food wise really has not been bad - just the exercise has not been up to speed - something to improve.....

Just stopping in to say hi! I agree, I need some motivation too with the scale. I am now going to be completely honest with myself and start to journal what I am eating. We are going to have a great week and get moving in the right direction! Right? Think positive and let's visualize how fit we will look and how amazing and full of energy we will be! I am doing it right now and I feel more energetic already!

Wishing you a happy Monday and thanking you for calling into my journal, which would have been getting a little dusty of late if it weren't for you! Cheering you on for your 10kg, and hoping to follow your great example ;) xxx
