Yesterdays steps: 2891
Recommited myself to the walking today. My goal was to get to 6000 today. Tomorrow 7000. Saturday 8000. Sunday 9000. And Monday finally back up to the 10000.
I felt pretty good today. As far as post surgical stuff. Not as sore and not as tired.
B: red huevos rancheros/no tortilla/no hashbrowns, pinto beans, salad, strawberries/orange slices, V8, coffee, water
L: cheese stick and a BUNCH of jicama, ice tea.
That is all I had in the house and I still can't drive yet.
S: nectarine, cheese stick, 1% milk
D: chopped steak, grilled zucchini, salad, ice water
