That's awesome!!

Both the weight loss itself and the doing something again that you enjoy that was perhaps you weren't comfortable doing previously. Those are the things that make it truly worthwhile and very special and personally rewarding and fulfilling!

Wow. I did not realize that it has been THAT long since I posted! I am still south beaching it and working my butt off at the gym. I have lost 140 pounds total. Want to lose about 38 more. It is nice to come back to this board and see a lot of the same names floating around. This place will always feel like "home" to me. It was so instrumental to my success in the beginning. I am grateful.

Well, I haven't been on here is some time. But I have had when hellavu last 2 years. Life has been peppered with tragedy and loss and I find myself falling into bad habits so I turn to this place once again for support. You all were instrumental to me during my journey and now I need you again to help get me back on track. I will weigh in the morning and see how much damage I have done. Much love.

So on Monday I got on the scale and it said 186. That is up 22 pounds from my low weight of 164. Though I hadn't been at 164 for over a year I was holding steady at about 178 for quite sometime. I started back on a semi phase one Monday and today I am at 180. Not bad!! I am going to make 169 my new short term goal. That is where I will start on this stretch of my journey. Here is to small goals that lead to the big one. Peace.
