Saturday 9/8

B - Cottage Cheese & V8

S - String cheese

L - salad w/chicken & light ranch dressing (included some beans), mixed fruit

D - Chicken & Broc., Peach

S - rf Triscuits w/smoked salmon

Water - usual, way over

Exercise - did some walking but not enough to count


Sunday 9/9

B - coffee w/ff creamer, milk, slice ww toast w/NPB & fruit

L - salad w/sun dried tomato dressing, included some chicken

S - string cheese & peach & some chicken breast

D - 13 bean chili and rf triscuits

Water - over 80 oz by bedtime

Exercise - none, cleaned, did laundry and fixed chili

Monday 9/17

Went to doctor this morning, missed my morning workouts. :( Gave 9 vials of blood for testing, doc thinks high platelets are from liver still. He doesn't think my other doc did enough. We'll see.

Daughter is really stressing me out.

Menu

Left at 9:30 for doctor appt, didn't get home till after 2:00, Lunch was a little light and late!

B - ww toast w/npb & glass of milk & V8

L - 6 oz tuna, 1 tbsp light mayo, 1 tbsp dill relish, shot of dill mustard, apple

S - carrots and cauliflower w/garlic parm dressing

D - shredded pork w/sb bbq sauce, small sweet potato, sauted pea pods.

S - apple & rf triscuits

Water - 90 oz

Wednesday 9/19

Feel like a cold coming on. Chest is tight and trouble breathing. Smeared on vicks and will take Muecnix (sp) tonight. Didn't get a real lunch today. Waited around for computer guy to show up and he came after 2:00.

B - 2 slices deli ham, string cheese & V8, 2 cups coffee

L - celery sticks, laughing cow cheese, apple

S - V8 & dove dark chocolate square (I was at work and starved)

S - cheese stick and almonds

D - grilled swordfish and veggies

S - rf triscuits

W - 124 oz

Exercise: 1 hour aerobics, 1 hour strength

It felt so good to get out and golf with my friend again. It's been over a month since we last golfed together. Had a good game and the sun felt good!

B - SB Southwestern breakfast wrap

S - Apple

L - Turkey, ham & swiss on ww bread (2 slices)

D - turkey meatballs with spagetti sauce, salad w/ light dressing

S - blueberries,peaches,strawberries and yougurt w/shot of whip cream

Friday 9/21

Woke up this morning and couldn't understand why my hubby was is the bathroom brushing his teeth at 6:30 on a Saturday morning. Once the fog cleared from my head I realized oh crap it's only Friday! So I'm up and got to get my teeth brushed and head to the gym. After I eat a breakfast of course! Forgot to eat breakfast before I left!

B - 2 cups coffee w/creamer, V8 & sliced deli turkey w/laughing cow.
I have really got to go grocery shopping!
S - apple & string cheese
L - Three turkey meatballs & sauce(peppers/onions/mushrooms), small amt of ww noodles
S - Almonds & smoked salmon on rf triscuits
D - baked cod, sweet potato, coleslaw, sourdough roll w/butter

Water - 80 plus
Exercise: 1/2 hour cardio, 1/2 hour strength Curves

Not a bad day, but pizza crust was not beachy, thin but white.

Exercise - 2 1/2 hours golfing


Sunday 9/23

B - 2 cups coffee w/ff cream, spinach,mushroom,onion,tomatoe and cheese omelet w/mashed black beans

L - leftover veggie pizza

D - grilled chicken, steamed broc, acorn squash w/smart balance

S - sna fudge bar

No strength training class today. May check into Jazzercise for TTh workout instead of Curves. Will make some calls today.
