I decided on peas i cant believe myself. Had can of tuna too.
I really need to go to store for some chicken but spent too much money
on other things. So may be a tuna week. I noticed tonight my son was kind of sad, he thought the kitchen smelled like I was cooking something good. I realized I hadnt cooked a meal for them for over a week. Made them some mac and cheese with tuna. Everyone happy now.
going to have a sf popsicle and going to bed goodnight all

This feels so much better. The reason Im on anxiety medicine is because I can come up with thousands of things that can happen no matter how far fetched. I was really thinking how would I go as far as I need to go without you guys. And today it worked just like that. But showed me how much I have become a part of this world here.
breakfast sonic breakfast burrito with carb friendly wrap seemed very salty today.
lunch egg, salad, applesauce.
snack 2 cheese bars
snack 30 wheat thins
was so hungry this afternoon
supper made spaghetti for family
took 1/4 cup of it
and added can of green beens
hamburger and sauce.
I tried wheat noodle before and the dog got it all.
this way I eat a little wrong but mostly right and still feel I had spaghetti
I always use french green beans

Hi all,
finished day with a cheese bar and tomato soup.
And there is something that just feels good inside tonight.
Feeling like all is well and I may really make it this time.

I didn't think of the low carb wrap breakfast burrito at Sonic. Hmmm.

Wow Im still feeling good today. Maybe its because the storms are gone and the atmosphere has changed. Im sticking to my promise to myself will be going to pool this afternoon. Felt so good Tuesday.
started today
green beans
2 bars cheese and a boiled egg.
having ham and beans at work so not planning to have salad.
wonder if I will even want the corn bread.
right now I really dont think I will even look twice at it.
Good morning all Im on my way to work.

1 C ham and beans kind of dry
mandarine oranges
Corn bread didnt tempt me at all. I have noticed though everytime I open the cabinet we keep our party foods in. The ripple potatoe chips talk to me. I wonder why. But dont worry I dont listen.
water excercises for 50 min. I have decided twice a week for now.
