I just realized that I was supposed to try to cut down on cheese. Never did. I love it too much.
I did stop eating breads (at least for the time being) and pasta (I never did love ww pasta anyway). Oh, my mom found some pearl barley in her supermarket, so she picked it up for me. I'll get it from her on Thursday.
I rinsed my quinoa tonight, and it was a little less bitter. I also prepared it the way someone in the food forum kindly suggested. It was much more tasty this time around.
I added some lemon juice to the egg wash for my parmesan crusted fish. It was sooooo good. That's a great recipe. I love it on chicken, too.
I don't want to jinx anything, but the board is moving faster tonight. Yay.
