Nessa, losing 14 pounds since March 19th is AWESOME! Congrats! Boy, I sure wish I could say the same.

I really think that I'm not being Beachy enough with my food schedule and portions. Let's see what happens as I change that.

I just toasted up some almonds as my afternoon snack. :)

I don't eat string cheese, but I do eat LCL. I only eat nuts or NPB once a week at most. I happened to buy some almonds recently. Usually, I don't even keep them in my aparment. The LCL I do eat several times a week. Do you think I need to give up nuts and low-fat cheese? These are 2 things that don't bother my stomach, so I hope I can keep them as snacks.

I can't eat garlic or beans or a lot of things that others eat, so it's hard for me to come up with Beachy snacks/meals. I'll go through the recipe sticky and see what ideas I can come up with for snacks.

Is Greek yogurt found in regular supermarkets, or do I have to go to Whole Foods or Trader Joe's?

i get it at trader joes but you can buy regular plain yogurt and set it in a cheese cloth lined strainer over a bowl in the fridge and it will drain and become thick like greek yogurt...

Is this what you get, by any chance?...

Fage TOTAL 0% Plain Greek Yogurt

An online food delivery service here carries it, so that probably means the supermarkets do, too.

And unfortunately, we can't tell our bodies that we want them to lose x amount of weight in y amount of time ;)

It'll lose the weight when it wants to :D

I'm sure everyone on this board would love to tell all of their excess weight to drop off like that
