Can't believe on Saturday I had a 203 and today after exercise I was at 205. I think its water so all I can do is just eat on plan drink H2O.

I hope since I took those days off from exercising that now I am starting again, I don't retain. Oh well. Exercise and retaining is better than no exercise.

Another week is here and kids are off to school. Today I am going to start tackling the wallpaper in the hallway. Fold last load of clothes and pay some bills. I hate the bills where even if I am 2 or 3 days late the phone calls start. Drives me nuts.

Quite chilly out this morning which makes it even harder to get out of bed and exercise. I just keep telling myself once its done I will feel better. Hip is feeling better which is good. I did elliptical this morning and tomorrow will jog. MWF ellipitical and T Th jog.

I read somehwere that if your hip starts hurting you and you jog on a treadmill it could mean one of your legs is longer than the other. And you should alternate between jogging on a treadmill and pavement. Who knows. There was something else that made me think one leg was longer than the other but I can't think of it now. Oh well it will come, the early signs of aging.

B-half lite sausage and cheese omelet, coffee
L-leftover meatloaf and cauliflower
S- Carb control Dannon smoothie
D-pork tenderloin, sweet potato, salad

Stopping by for quick post. Went and saw Genesis last night and they were great. Really awesome concert and well worth the money.

Today I am painting the hallway. Skipped exercise today too tired. Didn't get home last night until 1130.

I think I am retaining water from TOM coming and also pizza I ate last night. Today having a clean day. No grains or starches. My stomach doesn't feel good right now anyway but I think that may be from the multivitamin.

B-half bacon cheese omelet,coffee
L-salad with tuna
D-chicken veggie salad

Its Monday I guess I have been MIA huh? I have been doing alot of painting. Right now I am in the guest bedroom. Plus there is a bathroom in there so I get a double wammy. Since painting I have been exercising here and there but the painting really has me working so I don't feel terrible guilty.

I finally hit the 50 pound mark Wahoo! Next goal is 199 so thats 3 more pounds. Last time I was there was 5.5 years ago and it didn't last long. Thats when I started packing on the pounds.

I have been eating clean and come to think of it, it seems when I am not dwelling on my weight loss that I lose. I have been really preoccupied with other things and in doing so have really watched what I have been eating. I also haven't been on here too much which is good. More movement less zombie like state.

Well off to pay a couple of bills today and finish rolling guest room. Going to be hot today so I should get it done before afternoon.

B-2 scrambled eggs, one sausage patty, coffee
L-egg or tuna salad
S-carb and sugar control dannon smoothie
D-meatballs, little bit of spaghetti WW, salad
water

Next week on Thursday we leave for a mini vaca. Can't wait.! :D

Wow long time no post. So I have been kind of busy which is good. No more weight loss as of yet holding steady and this week I should be starting TOM so not even going to pay attention to scale. For now on I will at least try to post my food.

Today I have yardwork and need to hit up the grocery store.

More importantly, the PHILLIES won the NL east yesterday, WTG!

NSV- Fleece jacket from last year so much more baggier than ever. I couldn't believe it. Tried it on today for first time and so much room in it.

Congrats on the NSV!! I don't have anything warm to wear that fits either! On one hand, it's like yay!! On the other hand, I am not looking forward to having to buy some new clothes that hopefully won't fit next year!

I can't believe how close you are to ONEderland! That would be driving me nuts! Two silly pounds and you're there!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean about not thinking about the weight loss so much. I have also been too busy to think about it. But now that I have to lose some serious poundage before the wedding in July, I'm starting to worry a little.

Well, glad to see you're doing well! Keep it up!

Have to move my journal up from the murky depths from which it was buried and dust it off.
