D-steak, veggies, fruit salad
S-none...too full

B-1/2 carrot cake bagel, little cream cheese, coconut kiss coffee
S-2 sausage links
L-chili
D-huge salad, bite of steak, bite of mashed potatos, bite of meatloaf, 1/2 chicken breast. tons of brussel sprouts, cauliflower (Michael wanted to go to the goled corral for dinner) I got strange looks when I was just taking a teeny bit f items and had mostly brusel sprouts on my plate.

WooHoo!!!! I am down 39 pounds now!! 40 is in my sights and I am more than half way to my first goal of 56 pounds!! I can't wait to step on the scale and see 56 pounds gone!! Then I can pick up my beautiful little girl and really feel what 56 pounds feels like. Then I will walk around the house carrying her and remember that I used to carry that with me every single day. That will be a sweey day indeed. :)

Happy Easter Peeps!!

B-eggs, bacon, onions, mushrooms, milk
S-none
L/D-ham, cheesy hasbrowns, green beans, baked beans, pistachio salad


The worst thing I ate in the above were the cheesy hashbrown potatos but they were carbolicious. :) I was going to sub cauliflower for the hashbrowns but I said no way it is Easter. They were so good! I used the local brown sugar in the beans and those were yummy too.

My Easter fave is the pistachio salad and I was excited when I found sugar free pistachio pudding. The salad had pineapple and marshmallows in it too which aren't all that beachy but it was so yummy. :)

Back to the beach tomorrow!! :)

I may nibble on some ham later since we combined lunch and dinner and ate late in the afternoon so I may want a snack but I doubt it since my belly still is full.
