Today was great! I have lost another 2 pounds to bring my loss up to 25 pounds!! Woo Hoo!! I really want to hit 30 by the end of the month!

Best thing is, we went out for Dinner tonight and I had to run to the restroom, when I looked in the mirror while washing my hands, I could see the change in my body. It felt so good to see it! My pants are getting baggy, my Niece even asked me why they were baggy and I told her that is from all of my hard work. It feels so good to know how hard I am working and to see it paying off. It's funny, but I do not even miss bread or ashed potatoes and those used to be two of my favorite foods.

So today I had

BREAKFAST
scrambled eggs with veggies
canadian bacon
milk

SNACK
string cheese

LUNCH
plain yogurt
strawberries
kashi go lean
hard boiled egg

SNACK
banana
natural peanut butter

DINNER
salad
hamburger-no bun

SNACK
dark chocolate

Well, I better get used to writing in this thing every day since I signed up for the extreme challenge. LOL Posting my pics onthat thread was not an easy thing to do...I think I need to print them off HUGE and put them on the frig. UGH!!

Well, today is the last of the Feb chalenge and tomorrow kicks off the Extreme Challenge!! Holy crap Batman I am ready to kick my big butt into shape now!! I cannot wait to see how different those pics are going to look in 6 weeks and how much better I am going to feel!! Yeeha!!! Let it start I am so ready!!!

B-crustless quiche, fruit, coffee
S-half whole grain muffin
L-cheese, turkey rollups milk
S-peanuts
D-chicken breast, veggies, milk
S-SF fudgesicle

Thanks Christine!!

So I woke up at 2am with a 102 fever and the flu. I cannot remember the last time I felt this aweful So I let my teammies down the first day of the challenge by not consuming my water. Sorry guys.

I am going to try and eat some tomato soup and cheese and see how the tummy likes that. I'll let you know!!

Still sick!! :oops: I jut want it to go away. My butt hurts from the diahrea(?) and I am sick of th stomache cramps and the headaches.

All I ate today was-
2 bananas
5 saltines
1/2 piece of toast
1 bottle of Gatorade

All of them gave me stomache cramps. UGH!!

Still sick today and tired of it. I have the worst stomache cramps. Can't stand them.
Today I had
2 bananas
2 snack size applesauce cups
4 bottles of Vitamin Water

I have lost 6 pounds since Monday with this bug.

Woo Hoo!! I finally feel better!!! :)

I still did't eat too much but I ate real food. :)

L-1/3 of a turkey guac wrap, chicken wild rice soup
S-banana
D-fish sandwich
S-banana

Vitamin Water and my regular water...I feel like I am floating!!

Plus I exercised. :)

Plus I will workout in the AM before I leave. :)
