wow.... haven't posted here in over a year!!

just wanted to come by & post, so I could say that I have posted in my journal this year! :).

Hopefully it won't be another 1 1/2 years until the next time I post.... :)

I can't believe it's been over 5 years now since I originally started SB!

I am still gluten free, and will most likely be for the rest of my life. I can now eat acidic foods :). But I can't yet eat any foods that have a lot of fructose :(.... which is a lot of fruits & veggies, brown rice, honey, agave...which means I still can't do SB :( (we won't mention what my weight is right now! UGH!). Hopefully at some point my gut will heal enough that I can eat fructose foods again, and re-start SB!
6ft,33, hypothyroid, plantar fasciitis, Sleep Apnea, wifey & caregiver to a hunny w/ Cerebral Palsy, I've lost 80 lbs, 27 more to go!
no longer on Sb due to food sensitivities, but I still eat healthy!

havgotta make sure I at least post here twice this year, :), so here goes.
Just posting a quick update.
Still gf. will always be. Still have problems w/ fructose, but they do seem to be getting better.
been re-gainng weight, whihc sucks & is frustrating!!! :(. But unfortunatley my scale is broken & I can afford anew one, so don't know what my weigh is :(.
Started couponing in fEb, which has been fun. Just have to watch how much junk food I use coupons for. :(

HAven't been doing good at exercise, but I try to do some when I can.

Still caregiving. HAve most surely hit the burnout point. wish I could afford a break. I need it. anywho... TTYL!! :)

And I just saw that I joined this site 6 years ago, on Oct 13.... so happy 6th beachiversary to MEEE!!!

and that my daily post average is like .6 per day... may just have to come back here & post more often, to get it back up over 1 per day!
(actually, I've been thinking I need to come here once in a while & at least refresh my memory on SB diet basic. even if I can't do SB yet. There are some of the basics that I surely could get back into the habit of doing :))

Since it's a new year, I figure I might as well post here at least once :).

Weight has gone up :(, clothes basicly don't fit well any more :(. Scale broke, so need to get a new one. Planning on getting a new one [digital] at Shopko this week.
Still have fructose issues. Makes it hard to eat healthy. Any no energy to exercise :(. Anyways, here's to a new year!!
