Extreme Challenge Monday Day 15
S: 4 oz. yogurt (Pre-workout)
B: ww english muffin, scrambled eggs and cheese
S: crackers and cheese
L: leftover eggplant lasagna
D: corn dog (darn that convenience and frugality), 2 c. broccoli
Water: 72 oz.
Exercise: C25K W1W1, core strengthening
I'm not doing so well with my eating, maybe it's because I don't get any points for it.
That is so silly that a few points are a big deal in how I eat. Or maybe it's because I'm so close to my goal that in my mind I keep thinking, this (insert food item of choice) isn't going to make me gain if I eat it and workout tomorrow (at least I am exercising, or I would be gaining). I don't know what I can do to fine tune my eating, or if I even care at this point. I just want to eat whatever I want, and by I mean whatever I want I mean whatever I want that is unhealthy, because I have no problem eating healthy. If fact, I love vegetables probably more than is healthy (if that is possible). I will eat an entire pound bag of frozen stir fry veggies in one sitting, easy. It's just that sometimes I want something "good" (like a corn dog, which is ironic because I hated
them as a kid, and now I absolutely love them. Oh well, just my rant and rambling for the night. Back to my broccoli... I'll be copying this into my team chat thread for team reading.
