I keep deciding to keep better track of my food intake and do so for a couple of days, but then I quit thinking about it because I think I'm doing so well. Well, I find myself grabbing handfuls of cashews that are on the counter, and the mini m&ms, and the valentine candy corn that I got for my "decoration". So how do I keep track of a handful of this and a handful of that? My theory today is to not have to keep track of it! My goal for this week (we'll start slow) is to keep my hand out of the candy dish!
Also to write down everything that goes into my mouth, regardless. So here goes...
S: apple and 2 T. peanut butter (pre-workout)
B: omelette (1 egg, 2 egg whites), onions, peppers, mushrooms (no cheese, I'm trying to quit
D:don't ask...it was one of those days where the kids have been driving me crazy!
Hopefully this will help get my snacking under control. After our Super bowl gathering and all the non-SB stuff around I am determined to do well this week.
