I am here. Just facing some challenges with my husbands health that are scary. I will try to get on here more.

I'm here - still hanging in there.

Food is mostly ok - most of the time. Down 35-40lbs now and feeling great.

Happiest news these days is V's new job. After 15 months of him working in Calgary, and then all of the travel (50% plus) before that, he now works <10 mins from home! Still some travel, but only about 20% now. Yay!

My goal for the summer, aside from more weight loss & keeping food on track, is to get back into an exercise routine. Hoping our more normal family life can help accommodate some Me Time so that I can get back to doing something. Will take what I can get, but would love to get back to running.

Off to subdue the monsters....
86 lbs Gone! :D

Hey! I still get emails when you post here!!

Glad you are doing well and that DH is closer to home. Good to see you are doing well with the eating too.

I crashed the bike and broke the collar bone along some other miscellaneous shoulder damage. So I'm just getting the ship righted and did my first ride on Sunday. I also porked on about 7 pounds while sitting around. So I'm P2ing it more or less.

Stay in touch!
