I had a blast last night. Way too much food and things I would not normally eat (ie my first time trying a deep fried banana), sweet cornbread (have never had that either), and the best part, roasted pineapple with cinnamon and sugar glaze... OMG this was awesome.

The waiters were hot too, so that was nice.

It was a really good time, I would go again.

Hit the casino, had some fun, but didn't come out a loser. I refuse to fuel their business, may as well pay at the door. But I guess walking around there was my 'exercise'.

I am P1ing it today---- too many little things here and there and I want to get rid of cravings. I thankfully am not up, and its all water anyways. I need to get back on track, and stop letting others and events influence my eating.

So far I have had coffee w/ skim and ST. I am not in the mood for breakfast just yet, but it will probably be cucumbers, tomatoes, some low fat cheese, deli turkey.

Thankfully my family said they'd eat my fruit for me. Other than that my lunches are always Beachy.

Off to the gym, will update later

Plans for today

B: Turkey bacon, cheese stick, cucumbers

30 mins treadmill

L: Chicken Breast or Pollack

D: Pollack or Chicken Breast (or hamburgers)

Lots of veggies and water

I thought it would be too risky to P1 it during night classes but I was fine last night. I had some caffeine free tea from Timmies (Earl Gray), skim milk, and I bring ST in my purse with me now, along with other Beachy snacks.

I was fine, I've been peeing a lot though, lol.

Its nice to get back on track w/o cravings :)

Day 2 of P1.... My tummy burns a bit, as usual during P1. I think I will have some skim milk.

Off to the gym tomorrow

Good morning Victoria, how's phase 1 treating you? Have you ridden yourself of the sugar yet? Shouldn't take you too long, you aren't doing 2 full weeks are you?

Wow, that restaurant sounded awesome 8) I'll have to check it out sometime when I am in the Falls next...which who knows when that will be! Ok, stupid question...is Marine Land near there? My oldest DD has been asking to go there for a couple years now..I may take her this year...

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by! :D

Hi Everyone:

Thanks for checking in

Yes Lia, I loved the Copacobana. The service was excellent as was the food. I would go again for sure.

Basically, I am doing Phase 1 again because since I've been home (ie out of school) I have been screwing around. Mothers Day, my Mom's birthday, the deli trip, restaurant visits, unneccessary white bread eating, pasta picking. In my opinion, things were getting out of control. All these little cheats between my Beachy meals. I thought what the hell am I doing? I have invested too much of my time on this plan and I don't want to start gaining again.

I have been investing in a new warddrobe gradually as well. If I were to keep up these non Beachy ways, there is a strong possibility my jeans would not fit me. I also looked and felt bloated.

So right after Copa I saw no other alternative then to return to P1.My cravings are starting to subside, my bloat is going down, I don't feel the urge to cheat.

This is Day 3/14 and I am not sure I can/will do the full two weeks. This time around Phase 1 seems very long. I think I am eating enough though.

So who votes I should move to P2 next Tuesday?

Oh btw, in case anyone is wondering, my ticker with hippos, I think they are cute, I do not think I am fat by any means :)

Todays Plans:

B: cheese stick, 2 cups cucumber, almonds, black coffee

Gym

L: Chicken breast, brocolli, green salad

Plain yogurt

D: Pollack, greens

Caffeine free tea

FF fugicle

This afternoon I had about 1/4 fruit cocktail, drained. Fruit is low and tomorrow is grocery day.

I just had some scrambled eggs with one ww toast and I am off to class.

The shakes are gone, not so lightheaded, and I am no longer ghost white.

Even after 3 days the scale hasn't budged so I dunno WTF I was trying to do.

I am feeling much better now.

I will P2 it now and hopefully it is water retention.

You are right Lorka, I should not be compromising my health.

GTG to class, I will update tomorrow

Feeling a bit better today. Sometimes I wonder if my body is meant to stay in the early 130's. I have been here for over a year now, so why do I keep beating myself up for not losing more. Ever since I saw a BMI chart (Canadian standards) that said for my height (5'0), I should be 120, I just can't seem to get there. I don't know why I keep beating myself up.

Maybe I should up my workouts. When I was a newbie I did the treadmill plus my ball workout. I think I need to start doing both again instead of one.

I am also looking to burn Core Secrets but I have to find a video downloading software. I might ask my friend to try and find it for me.

This morning I was up early, our doorbell rang just before 6AM, I think the power shut off briefly and it resets. So I watched the news and make some breakfast (coffee, scrambled eggs). Just working on some Italian then I will do the treadmill.

Meal Plans:

B: Scrambled eggs, coffee with skim, 1 ST

S: 1/2 apple?

L: Pollack, vegetables

S: Almonds/ cheese stick

D: Lean Burgers? Greens

Lots of water

It feels good to be back on track, doesn't it!

You're such a pro at this now, I'm sure even those 2 or 3 days of P1 will straighten out your eating again. Thank goodness my full 2 weeks are over!

Do you have plans for the weekend? I'm doing a clean-up day at my church tomorrow for the morning, then family from Windsor is coming, and Sunday we have a family reunion picnic in London ON.

Hope you have an awesome weekend! I'll try and update my own journal if I have a chance this afternoon.

Family Reunion Picnic-- sounds fun-- I have never been to one (thankfully).

Not too much really. Italian is winding down so I have to review and stuff, practise driving a bit, go to the gym, Fathers Day, etc....

~Sunday looks like this: Pizza, wings, KFC, dessert..... How about no, no, no, and no? I am bringing my own food

Good Morning,

Dr. Agaston designed the diet so that you can cycle back through the phases as needed. So, my opinion is that you went back to phase 1 to rid the cravings, but as soon as they are gone, go back to phase 2/3. You don't need to stay there for more than a couple days :D

Looks like that's what you did anyway..good for you.

Nevermind that chart..we are all different and IMHO you look fabulous!

Have a great day!
