On Demand has lots of workouts that you don't need equipment for - I do them when I get bored with my regular running, walking and weights routine!

Alright, well I've decided to start writing in this again in hopes of getting back on track.

I was doing so good for a while...I really felt like I didn't have any more of an emotional attachment to food....but then it went down hill. For the past few months I havn't really lost any weight...mostly because I would be good for most of the week and then there'd be a few days where I would just binge on everything in sight. I really need to break this cycle...I know it's got to be pretty bad for my health to keep doing that. SO, today I'm starting over p1 for a week and then re-working my way into p2. I know I can do this, I just need to stay strong. I'm coming up to my 1 year mark of following SB guidelines, and I'm not at my goal weight...and I only had 10 pounds to lose in the first place. Plus, I'm also starting school next week, which should make it easier for my if I'm not just sitting around the house all day. Well, I'm going to start posting my menus in here. I'm hoping this will help :)

Glad you're back! Good luck with P1. I just re-did it for a week in early August, definitely a good idea to get back on track.

Alright, well, my 1 week of p1 was re-started yesterday...so that would make today Day 2. I've also decided that I don't want to weigh myself anymore(I don't even know what I weigh now), therefore won't be having any weight goals. Instead I'm going to focus on lengths of time I can stay "good" (which includes 1 treat item every other week and 1 treat meal every other week).

My first goal is 1 month, and once I reach that I'm hoping to get my tattoo(finally!).
My second goal is 2 months...and I don't havn't thought of anything for this goal.
My third goal is 3 months, and once I reach this I'm thinking that if I've stayed "good" for 3 months straight I'll be to the point where I don't want to lose anymore weight. If so, then SHOPPING =]

So far today I've eaten:
B: mock pancakes; 2 eggbeaters scrambled with cheese; 2 slices center cut bacon
L: chili with mozzerella over a bead of lettuce; jell-o; mock lemon poppyseed muffin
S: almonds; carrots
D: I'm thinking chili parmesean chicken; mashed garlic cauliflower; steamed veggies
Des: yogurt

That's all for now :)

Here, here! Don't weigh yourself, it can be soo frustrating and sends the wrong message. Weight is not the be-all, end-all -- it's how you feel. It's much better to have health-oriented goals. :)
