Thanks all!!!

Boy food is like a drug. It is awfully scary. I am up down up down up down. Makes me not want to put anything like that into me anymore!!

I had to go grocery shopping last nite late cuz kid was sick all day and is home today also. PTL he is not sick sick but does have a 101 fever. I went down an aisle and realized I was smack in the middle of the valentines day aisle!!! GET ME OUTTA HERE LOL. I held my breath and did not look side to side and got out of temptation aisle!! I found grocery shopping is hard for me still. I will over come. It just gets my mind going in that direction!! Then had to swing past the bakery. Now youknow my weaknesses lol. But IT IS a decision everyday. I HAVE made that decision.

There is a certain freedom in it. No guilt for being the fat person with the cart full of icecream or cookies. It never failed I would be in line with a sinny beautiful person with a cart full of whole foods and here I am. Ohhhh the shame. But now I am a fat person with whole foods!! Makes one think it doesnt work!! Isnt that weird worried about what others think in the grocery store?? I need to GET OVER IT!! I am too touchy. Too sensitive.

Olive Garden Pasta E Fagioli

Ingredients:
1 T Olive Oil
2 lb. Ground sirloin beef
12 oz. Onion; chopped (about 3 small)
14 oz. Carrots; slivered ( about 3 cups chopped small( I ain’t slivering!))
14 oz. Celery; diced ( 11 ribs or one whole bunch)
48 oz. Tomatoes; canned, diced ( I used crushed)
2 C. cooked Red Kidney beans (canned)
2 C cooked White kidney beans (canned)
88 oz. Beef stock ( can find ff low sodium but expensive!)
3 tsp. Oregano
2 1/2 tsp. Pepper
5 tsp. Parsley; (fresh chopped)( not worth it if you don’t have it use dried! Use less too)
1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce ( had to use chili pepper)
48 oz. Spaghetti sauce ( used Barilla Tomato Basil ( I think))
8 oz. dry WW pasta Shell macaroni; or other pasta (oooo my bad lolol)( Be good now people LOL)

Preparation:
Sauté beef in oil in large 10-qt. pot until beef starts to brown. Add onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse beans and add to the pot. Also add beef stock, oregano, pepper, Tabasco, spaghetti sauce, and noodles. Add chopped parsley. Simmer until celery and carrots are tender, about 45 minutes. Makes 9 qts. of soup! **Just cut the recipe in 1/2 for smaller family needs!

This made it to the top within an inch of my 10 qt stock pot!!!! I love this soup. I don’t think it is an exact match but it is really really good!! Kind of an Italian chili. I froze 16 servings in those little glad containers. Hefty servings!!

It will get easier Paradigm! One day you will walk down the bread isle and feel no temptation at all. Your tastes change as your body gets used to good nutrition.

I love when I meet someone I know in the grocery store now. I don't know about you, but I always sneak a peek at what they are buying. I'm hoping they see that I have tonnes of veggies and healthy food. LOL! But the Lord sees it, and he matters the most!

I have to eat before I go grocery shopping because if i go on an empty stomach that is when i would be the junk food. I also make a 7 day menu and just buy stuff that on the menu. Don't even bother going down the snack aisle. Anyways...... you are a lovely person. That olive pasta recipe looks awesome!!!

MMM Can't wait to try that recipe!

Great job fighting temptation- these boards have really helped me with it. Every time I am tempted I think of having to write it in my journal and disappointing everyone, lol. Prayer always works too!

Hope you are having an Awesome Blessed Day! :D

Read some good stuff today.

1 John 2
27But as for you, the anointing (the sacred appointment, the unction) which you received from Him abides [[o]permanently] in you; [so] then you have no need that anyone should instruct you. But just as His anointing teaches you concerning everything and is true and is no falsehood, so you must abide in (live in, never depart from) Him [being [p]rooted in Him, knit to Him], just as [His anointing] has taught you [to do].

1 John 4
15Anyone who confesses (acknowledges, owns) that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides (lives, makes His home) in him and he [abides, lives, makes his home] in God.

16And we know (understand, recognize, are conscious of, by observation and by experience) and believe (adhere to and put faith in and rely on) the love God cherishes for us. God is love, and he who dwells and continues in love dwells and continues in God, and God dwells and continues in him.

17In this [union and communion with Him] love is brought to completion and attains perfection with us, that we may have confidence for the day of judgment [with assurance and boldness to face Him], because as He is, so are we in this world.

18There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love [g]turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear [h]brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love's complete perfection].

19We love Him, because He first loved us.

Ya know, look at what the Lord did on earth and we are supposed to do more!

Mark 16
15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. 16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned. 17 And these signs will follow those who believe: In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; 18 they[b] will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”

1. We recieved an anointing in Him.
2. We abide in God and He abides in us ( His anointing too)
3. We are the same in this world as He was!!! Woohoo!!!
4. We are ORDERED to do this. We should be doing this NOW! Casting out demons, speaking in new tongues, lay hands on the sick and them recovering!!

Hmmmm seems like this oughtta work for our weightloss too!! Taking Kingdom dominion over our own bodies!! Taking kingdom dominion over our desires and our tastes. Taking dominion over the scale. Who wins the hard cold godless scale or us?? WE WIN!! WE WIN!!

Hmmm I am going to cast out that demon while speaking in tongues and lay my hands on myself and be healed in JESUS NAME!!!! HALLELUUUUUJAH!!

Watch the hand of the Lord!!

Oh I stayed beachy even tho MIL brought unmentionable unbeachy things and plopped them down on the table in front of me.( She doesnt want to hear of SBD even tho she did it before!) I stayed beachy even tho I am in turmoil. I stayed beachy even tho my emotions are high. I WILL TAKE DOMINION!!

Lord Heal ME completely and blow dd out of the water by that, out of the balley of indecision and into the realms of heavenly places seated with Christ!! IN Jesus name amen.

Hey, I CAN DO THIS WOE! I CAN!! I REALLY CAN!!

It has been sooo long since I have been so confident. It has been so long since I have been true to myself. Honestly I think the fast earlier last year
helped immensely. It showed me I could control my urges and subject my flesh to the will of my spirit. hmmmmm

Down about 6.5 lbs. I havent seen that happen in soo many years I cannot count!!! I lost some when I went to jazzercise. Looking at those dinky butts did not do me any good but get me in the wrong mind. This is working!!
