Beautiful flags! And, what a great website. I make a lot of websites myself, and your webmaster did a terrific job. Very professional and stylish.

I bought the cookbooks and found most recipes there to be bland, so I soup 'em with spices. My favorite recipe of the past two weeks: chili. I made it without sauce and it was sooo good. It last for three meals, too. I can pass the recipe onto you if you are interested.

I tried the chicken capri. It smelled just like lasagna while it was cooking, but kind of tasted gritty, but then I think ricotta is kinda gritty. Next time, I will make it with low fat mozarella only.

I went through the cookbooks and the website and made a big list (it is posted on a page of journal) of all the recipes I want to try. I haven't run out yet. White bean and kale soup is next on my list.

Good luck in finding something new to try.

First of all thank you for all the prayers!!!

The flags are gorgeous!!!!! Love them.

You know I got a cook book from amazon.com called the Dieters cookbook and just love it. The recipes are good and it has awesome pix and tells you the nutrition values and such. You should check it out.

HEY HERE is a tip for buying ricotta cheese....

buy Name brand even if the store brand is cheaper. the store brands are always grittier. we get one that begins with an M can't remember the name. but, it is red/mauroon type color. I just grab it. lol and don't have any right now to go and look.

Hmmm I wonder if that is Sorrento?

sigh I have to look into all the gunk about starting a new business now. I was hoping to keep it small and under the table but God has differnt ideas. That can be a good thing! But I am the artist and not the accountant. Sigh I can do all things thru Christ who strenthens me.

Sheesh everything starts and changes at once with me. He makes sure I can't do a darn thing with out Him!!! Well He does it better anyhow!

Smurlene I sure would like some recipes!! I love ricotta tho. Not fond of cottage cheese which a lot of people put in their lasagna.

I got a very very good hot chocolate today. I just rearranged things on the recipe on the hershey's box.

HOt Chocolate.

1 c skim milk heated in microwave. Hot not boiling.
(Mine takes 2 min but my microwave is OLD!)

2 t hershey's cocoa

1 heaping T splenda

1/4-1/2 t vanilla( I just squirt LOL)

Heat the milk. In a pretty large cup add the cocoa and splenda. Add milk and mix. Add vanilla and enjoy!!

Boy did I ever!! This was an awesome blessing!! Somethings are too chocolatey for me. Add another teaspoon of cocoa if you like it more chocolatey. I would up the splenda to 2 T also.
