I think you are right on track with planning ahead. I will definitely take a lesson from you, there. I am already thinking ahead to our trip to England and wondering how I'll fare. We are staying with a friend's family, so I don't know how in control of meals I'll be. But my plan is to eat less of what is served, and balance out un-SB meals with healthier ones. That's what I love about SB - it's so flexible that I really feel like it's workable for the long term.
I tried WW too, but only for a couple weeks. I used to save up my points so I could go to McDonald's for dinner, or eat a Blizzard, or something equally unhealthy. Not the healthiest plan for me. I went too crazy with the knowledge that I really could eat ANYTHING.
