SkinnyPeep - Hang in there! You're very close to your goal weight, so it's going to come off more slowly now. Be patient, and trust that in time you'll see the results you want. I hope you're enjoying BC - it's my first, and I'm finding it very motivating. I'm also enjoying getting to know everyone on the team. 3Bs ROCK!!

I'm jealous! Cardio Salsa is something i have always wanted to do. Are you doing the Crunch video or is this a class?? I think dance is so great as cardio but i am lacking coordination now as i get older...what a bummer! But that shouldn't stop me. You're doing great, keep it up!

Ok, gonna measure tomorrow:

arm : fattest part on the bicep - 11.5
Boobs: largest circumference - 35.5
Bra line: under boobs, where your bra sits - 30.5
waist: skinniest part of your waist - 29
Pants line: hip bones stickout area, where lower gut is. - 34
butt: fattest part of the butt - 38.5
hips: legs together widest part of the legs - 40
leg, fattest part of upper thigh - 24

wt 143
bmi- 22.2
(this is for 1/19/06)

Skinnypeep, great journal! It sounds like you're making a lot of wonderful progress. I am the same height as you and have the same weight goal (I guess there are a few of us, looking at some of the responses!) We have a great BC squad, and I know everything we're doing for BC will help us on our way!

Thanks guys!!

Well it's a little frustrating that the scale has stopped moving, but I am exercising, drinking water, and OP. So I think it's just a stall. As somebody said on another board, what's the alternative? Back to pasta and bread?? no. this has really become a way of life for me. So we just soldier on. :twisted:

Not feeling so good today. Tummy queasy and headache. Maybe something I ate? And didn't make it to they gym. Stayed home and napped. mmmm naaaaap. naps are good.

Yesterday I went to the gym even though I wasn;t exactly dying to, but once I was there I was happy. I did legs and I'm pretty sore today. I also found that there is more definition in my arms, which means that I mayy actually wear tank tops this summer :lol:
Today I wanted to go to the gym but I was pretty sore and tired. Also I have work to do for tomorrow :roll: So I'll just do a video later on. This weekend just flew by!
