Oh yeah, I should say some more.

The gym hasn't opened yet. I stopped in last week to check, but it's not ready.

I'm still running a bit on the busy side.

Things aren't much different.

Hugs!

This was fun to find. Has it been five years since I've last posted? Ha! At least I've finally lost some weight. :)

Hey there!

I had to read your journal entry. Anyone who joined years and years ago and then pops back in out of the blue - too interesting to pass up!

So are you coming back to the Beach? Or do you maintain in phase 3? :D

Hello Kyan,

Thanks for reading my journal entry! I was tickled to run across this link when I cleaning out my Firefox yesterday. I think I might do a Phase 2 since I'm in losing mode right now. That would be really good to get in those lean proteins and veggies. I need to do some planning though.

How are you?

Phase 2 is good! My personal trainer told me that once you get your metabolism going you can eat an 80/20 ratio of good foods to junk. I'm not buying that since I would balloon up if I ate crap 20% of the time, but it sounded nice to hear! lol

You started in 2004, right? (When I scroll down to check it doesn't show of course.) Another person from 2005 posted today. It's a coinkidink! You two should become support buddies or something. Of course I am here with my two cents that is only worth a cent if that!

I'm doing good. I went off the Beach when I had some major health issues and needed surgery and wanted to have a Food Bucket List in case I croaked... but I didn't die and now I have to lose the results of the bucket list. It's hard to get back into exercising! I also wish they made fast food places with Beachy food. Oh well.

Hello Kyan,

Thanks for checking back on me. It's wild that I'm not the only oldie who visited! :)

It's so good that you're still here with us! I also agree that fast food should be more beach friendly.
