HA!! no cookies!! Did indulge with some carbs. I like to think I did good with strength training my abs and upper body as I held on for dear life to the tube while boating
and the best news... I stepped on the scale this morning to assess the damage.... I gained NOTHING! Woohoo!
Today it's ON!
bfast: boiled egg, white only, atkins bar
lunch: cabbage/crushed tomatoes/red beans/lean ground beef soup... (this will be my lunch for the week)
snack: atkins blueberry crisp bar- yum, a few pieces of meat and cheese
dinner: eggs, bacon, cottage cheese, tomato slices
