Fasted this am for my 12:30 wellness screening. Was up a lb from yesterday. I know I shouldn't weigh myself daily. It's a curse.
l-boston market chicken mediterranean salad, side of green beans. Gave the corn bread (my fave) away.
instead of going to the gym this afternoon, I ended up staying at work. One of our MDs called in sick so I stayed to see her patients so they wouldn't have to reschedule everyone. Got the kids after school and now I'm vegging. I should be downstairs on the treadmill at least, but here I am. In a chocolate chip cookie coma.
Waiting for hubs to get home so we can go to old fashioned bob evans for dinner. I have nothing thawed out for dinner. figure I could get a grilled chicken and veggies there. I've been eating too much red meat lately I think.
