My start-over starts tomorrow. As I lay in bed mentally planning my attack on day one, I've completely forgot about the wine and canvas thing I'm doing with one of the docs tomorrow night! Guess I'll just up the water intake I'd planned on doing and be diligent on my food choices :/

I'm going to have to change my start weight too.
All my fault. When I say screw it, all food-inhaling hell breaks loose!

I will share though I did a 5k Dirty Girl mud run yesterday with friends and it was so much fun!

yuck. Edited my signature to my new starting weight. Stupid, stupid, stupid.

bfast: lc yogurt

lunch: taco salad with chili, no chips

dinner: some kind of chicken chipotle salad no chips- although it did have a corn/pepper mix, not much though

water: not nearly enough as I hoped, maybe 64oz

wine: 2 glasses moscato as I painted.

Day 1 back on the sbd wagon- not perfect, not enough veggies and beans, but a much improvement over the past two weeks of crap food fest.

I'm planning on going to the gym tomorrow. Posting it here so hopefully it will hold me accountable.

bfast- 2 deviled eggs, v8
lunch- lean cheeseburger, green beans
dinner- taco salad no chips
snacks: roasted chickpeas and sbd peanut butter cookies

fluids- not enough
gym- 30 min elliptical, strength training, then ended with 5 30 sec sprints.

keepin on, keepin on...

lunch- panera chicken cobb salad, iced green tea- tasted suspiciously sweet so I only drank half.
snack- handful of roasted chickpeas, pb cookie
dinner- taco soup, green beans
snack- fudgesickle delight :)

fluids- 64oz or so

friday-
b-2 scrambled edges, 2 or 3 bacons
l- taco soup
d- hamburgers with cheese, bacon, mayo, avocado, green beans, 2 eggs (prob too much protein)

Sat-
b- lc yogurt
l- stew beef, cubed cheese ( I know, not a great lunch but went out on the boat and just packed finger food, I should have packed veggies)
d- beef salad with cheese, tomatoes, avocado, salsa

Down 6.2 this week. woohoo!
I'm hoping to lose 2 this next week. I would LOVE to lose 2.9 so I could be in the 160s, but I think that might push it.

today:
b- atkins bar
l- naken grilled chicken salad from qdoba
d- cheeseburger patty, 2 cups green beans, 2 eggs
s- too many pb cookies and fudgesicle delight- used my last fudgesicle. I won't buy them for a while... I probably wouldn't snack every night if they didn't exist, lol.
fluids- not nearly enough, not enough veggies, I know.

I have to do a wellness screening tomorrow at 12:30 for work. Ideally fasting for 8hrs. Not sure how that will go

And putting it on here, I'm going to the gym tomorrow!

just ate TWO double chocolate chip cookies. :oops:

Fasted this am for my 12:30 wellness screening. Was up a lb from yesterday. I know I shouldn't weigh myself daily. It's a curse.

l-boston market chicken mediterranean salad, side of green beans. Gave the corn bread (my fave) away.

instead of going to the gym this afternoon, I ended up staying at work. One of our MDs called in sick so I stayed to see her patients so they wouldn't have to reschedule everyone. Got the kids after school and now I'm vegging. I should be downstairs on the treadmill at least, but here I am. In a chocolate chip cookie coma.
Waiting for hubs to get home so we can go to old fashioned bob evans for dinner. I have nothing thawed out for dinner. figure I could get a grilled chicken and veggies there. I've been eating too much red meat lately I think.

edited to add dinner:
grilled chicken cobb salad with ranch, green beans
2 pb cookies.

25min walking at incline on treadmill, 6 30 sec sprints starting at speed 6 and ending at 8.

Cookies. They're like Jessican Almonds.
Cookies and Almonds must go away and be forgotten about.
No good can come from them.
They make scales go backward.
They cause bad self-esteem and probably global warming.
They don't love us.
It's an abusive relationship. :shock:
We must get ourselves into a cookie/almond shelter today,
before they put another whuppin on us.

lunch- another qdoba grilled chicken salad-yum. might be my new quick place to go to for lunch.
dinner- ha, made a grilled chicken salad. Then as I was eating it, with a 1/3 sliced up avocado on it, I remembered I already had my avocado for the day with the guac on the qdoba salad. oh well.
bite of cookie. So glad daughter ate the last one, will not buy them again!

red meat free day!

It's on! If I can just pass on the smores this weekend while camping, I'm set!!! I was hoping I'd be down even a half a pound by this time so it would motivate me to keep on track this weekend but nothing :/ Hopefully tomorrow will show something. I need to keep motivated! What should I reintroduce next week when I start phase 2? A new fruit every couple of days?
