I'm going to try do the full 2 weeks. I gained 15 lbs suddenly with a change in medication after I had lost 50lbs on a different diet plan. So I guess this will be my first official attempt haha. I'm a carb-a-Holic so day one was brutal. Today I had some major stress at work and wanted to eat about 14 pieces of toast but I didn't. I ate about 2 tbsp of peanut butter.... Which is too big of a portion but, it prevented a carb binge. So today was mostly good I would say!!!
Here's what I had...
Breakfast
1 egg
2 egg whites
(skipped the veg was short on time)
Snack
10 almonds
Cucumber
Lunch
Egg frittata made with 4 egg whites, asparagus tips, roasted red pepper, an reduced fat cheese.
Snack
3 tbsp hummus
Snap peas
2 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner
Chickpea salad w/ olive oil, lemon juice, and greens.
That's all for the day. Sadly no workout. I worked a split shift which is 8-12am and 5-8pm (horrible). I don't like to get sweaty and gross in between my shifts....
I have a strong urge to weigh myself, but I have decided NOT to get on the scale until Wednesday march 28th at the earliest!!!
