I'm starting SBD phase 1 tomorrow!!!!!

Here's my intro:
I'm a vegetarian
Height: 5'4"
Start Weight: 142
1st Goal: 130
Ultimate Goal: 125
*healthy weight range 114-144*

I'm scared for phase 1, not gonna lie!!

Words of encouragement/success stories/motivation, are welcome:)

Day 1

SBD Day one

Breakfast
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/2 Tomato
Coffee with about 1/2 cup unsweetened Soy milk

Snack:
12 Almonds

Lunch
1 piece Fake Chicken (soy)
1.5 Cups Cooked Broccoli
1 light babybel cheese

Snack
chopped green peppers
snap peas
1/4 cup light hummus

Dinner:
1/2 cup chickpeas
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 roasted red pepper
juice from 1/2 fresh lemon
lettuce
cucumber

Activity
Walked to and from the park with my daughter.

Nice menu, Skinny!
Are you doing a whole two weeks, or just a "refresher"?
I'm on day 10 of starting (almost completely) over and it hasn't been at all hard to stay "clean".
(Except half the time I'm so Flu-ey I can hardly drag myself to the shower :shock: )
If I can't have too many truffles, I'll do without truffles. ~Colette

I'm going to try do the full 2 weeks. I gained 15 lbs suddenly with a change in medication after I had lost 50lbs on a different diet plan. So I guess this will be my first official attempt haha. I'm a carb-a-Holic so day one was brutal. Today I had some major stress at work and wanted to eat about 14 pieces of toast but I didn't. I ate about 2 tbsp of peanut butter.... Which is too big of a portion but, it prevented a carb binge. So today was mostly good I would say!!!

Here's what I had...

Breakfast
1 egg
2 egg whites
(skipped the veg was short on time)

Snack
10 almonds
Cucumber

Lunch
Egg frittata made with 4 egg whites, asparagus tips, roasted red pepper, an reduced fat cheese.

Snack
3 tbsp hummus
Snap peas
2 tbsp peanut butter

Dinner
Chickpea salad w/ olive oil, lemon juice, and greens.

That's all for the day. Sadly no workout. I worked a split shift which is 8-12am and 5-8pm (horrible). I don't like to get sweaty and gross in between my shifts....

I have a strong urge to weigh myself, but I have decided NOT to get on the scale until Wednesday march 28th at the earliest!!!
